Lillie made a huge difference during my experience at Cardinal 95. She was patient, professional, and helpful from the start, answering questions and guiding me through each step so I felt supported and sure of what I was doing. The whole staff is friendly, but her care and service really stood out. The property is modern, clean, and well maintained, and it has a peaceful, home-like feel. It’s clear management takes pride in the community and keeps things running smoothly. I highly recommend Cardinal 95, especially if you get to work with Lillie.

I enjoy living here, walking around the complex, and using the pool. The place has been a good environment since I moved in. Whenever I’ve had an issue, Anthony, the maintenance guy, has been great. He works hard, is professional, pays attention to details, and gets things done efficiently and to a high standard. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance help.

After a frustrating start, things got much better once Anthony, the maintenance tech, stepped in. I’d been going back and forth for a couple of weeks over several issues I noticed when I moved in, and he made sure they were properly fixed. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and I really appreciated how much of a difference his help made.

The parking is good, there’s a gated dog park with lots of grass, and the walls are thick enough that I don’t have trouble with neighbor noise. Anthony, the maintenance guy, is great too. When something goes wrong, he’s there to fix it the same day.

Michelle helped us through the apartment application and move-in process with so much care. She stayed past work hours to help with the application, and was always honest, kind, and supportive. Yesenia was also really sweet and helpful. We’re grateful to them both.
