For the price, this place wasn’t worth it. The room was dirty, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Running the water actually made it back up. There weren’t even any cups in the room, a basic thing a hotel should provide. I’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel near the high school that was much cleaner. Very disappointing. I know many hotels in town are older and often used by oil field workers, but this place still needs to do better.

The beds were nice, and most of the room was clean. It smelled musty, though, and there was a strange spot on the wall that looked like someone had touched it with a dirty hand. The bathroom was fine, except the toilet paper holder fell off as soon as I pulled the paper. It looks like that’s happened before and needs fixing. The walls are kind of thin, so don’t make too much noise, lol.

The rooms are clean and the staff are wonderful, but the outside has become so unappealing that I wouldn’t have stayed if I weren’t already a guest. The grass is over four feet tall, making you worry about snakes, and the place looks seedy. On two trips within the last month, the AC in the lobby and elevators still wasn’t working, even though it had been broken for over a month. I walked through the lobby at 6 p.m. and it was 81 degrees. There’s no excuse for that.

We slept well thanks to how quiet it was, and the room was spacious. The front desk guy was nice, the breakfast had a good variety and was available for a decent stretch of time, and the lobby area was nice too. It seemed like hardly anyone was there, just a few people and some long-term guests. The room was good overall, though I noticed a few spots on the wall and the shower rail needed replacing. Thanks for the peaceful night! 😴

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Staff said the AC had been broken for three months, and the building was 85 degrees. Our room was even hotter. I had three small children with me, and while we waited for it to cool down, my six-month-old got overheated and vomited. The toilet was broken and leaked across the floor, and there was a used bar of soap in the bathtub. The front clerk was very rude. When I said we were leaving and needed a full refund, dealing with the hotel and Booking.com became a hassle. We’re in the Texas heat, and nobody wants a hotel with broken AC and three kids under four. Don’t stay here. The hallway thermostat photo showed the temperature; the rooms were even hotter.
