The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The staff were friendly and professional. My room had everything I needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. It was quiet, clean, modern, and well maintained, a great place to unwind after a long day. I’d definitely stay at Courtyard Houston Northwest/Cypress again.

A decent hotel with good customer service. The breakfast menu and bar were enough for my needs. Its location is okay, though reaching it takes a less direct route, passing through other businesses to get to the hotel at the back.

The bistro serves decent food, and the staff are really nice. The rooms seem a little older than the rest of the hotel, but they’re quiet and comfortable. A good Courtyard if you’re in the area.

Priscilla at the bar was amazing. She made drinks for us on the fly and gave such great service that I wanted to come back just to relax at the bar with the team. With service like that, there’s no need to go elsewhere for a bar.

We were there for a few days to attend a wedding, and it was an amazing place to stay. The motel staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well cared for. Some of the friendliest employees I’ve met.
