Comfort Inn & Suites Biloxi - D'Iberville

I haven't even slept in the bed yet, but I'm already very disappointed. The lobby looks put together, and the whole hotel should be in that kind of condition. Instead the hallways are filthy and the carpet needs replacing. In the room there were no towels or tissue, the walls were extremely dirty, and the bed skirts looked awful. The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was very unclean. This is in a busy area of D"Iberville with scenic attractions, and the condition is unacceptable for the prices. I'll stay tonight, but I plan to ask for a refund.

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, but the rest of the room and lobby felt like a dump. There were ants in the bathroom, mold, and a ceiling that was peeling. The bathroom light fixture was completely uncovered and seemed dangerous so close to water. Stained, smelly carpet ran throughout. I'd keep driving and stay somewhere else.

The breakfast had a decent range of hot choices. My room, 405, was in rough shape, though. There was no closet rod, the bathroom fan didn't work, the tub drain was clogged, and the TV kept losing its signal. I lost count of the bodily fluid stains on the couch. There were also old water damage and mold stains visible on the ceilings in the room and halls. The front desk said they knew about the problems and planned to renovate soon, but couldn't explain why the room was still being charged at full price.

We only stayed because we were on a long road trip and couldn't find another place at a reasonable price on short notice. I'm a Diamond Member, and this level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The guest room was filthy, with stained carpet, food still on the floor, blackened doors, stained walls, and a moldy bathroom. The main entrance was just as bad, with heavily soiled carpets, mold on the walls and doors, peeling paint, and trash cans coated in dried food. The only picture we took was of the air conditioner, where mold was visible inside. Absolutely unsanitary. I've never stayed at a more disgusting Comfort Suites, and a crack house would probably be cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this place.
