For a budget trip, I’d stay here again. It was quiet and I slept well, and the family running the place was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d like, though it wasn’t terrible, and the shower seems made for shorter people. Hot water was good. The so-called deluxe continental breakfast was pretty limited: cereal, sometimes bananas, a few waffles and slices of bread, plus some honey buns, muffins, and danishes. Coffee was hot, served in an 8 oz styrofoam cup.

We knew from the listing there’d be no breakfast. The location worked well, and the room was clean, but it was very dated and needed repairs, especially in the bathroom. Cracks in the floor and tile made us uneasy about even walking in there. This was one of the pricier hotels on our trip.

For what I paid, this should have been the cheapest of my last ten nights. I know it’s a budget inn and don’t expect many amenities, but I do expect a clean, well-kept room. The condition here was badly maintained, the worst place I’ve stayed.

A basic room with few extras. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo.

It was 15 degrees outside and we couldn’t sleep in the van, so this place came through for us. The room was clean, they let our dog stay for a $15 fee, and the total was under $100. Other places along the same road wanted $50-$60 more.
