This had been our home since 2019, up until 06/01/2026, and we moved back because it felt safer given my condition. They used to say we were like family, but they still don't treat us like people. Since we returned, they've made us follow all these unnecessary rules, and we've done everything they asked. Then we were a little late this morning and they tried to charge us an extra 25 dollars, after 9 years of being customers. We're paying 60 dollars going into the 10th year, and now asking for another roll of toilet paper is treated like a crime. Somewhere along the way, I think they forgot they used to be homeless too, in their own Country.
