The room was comfortable, and there's a little store for things you need. Staff were friendly, and it's easy to reach right off the freeway. When the A/C gave us trouble, they had it fixed within an hour. I'd definitely stay again.

A practical extended-stay option with comfortable rooms and useful space for longer visits. It's near Dallas Market Center and Love Field, which makes it convenient for airport trips, business, medical visits, or other stays around Dallas. The setup offers some basic home-style convenience and more flexibility than a standard room. Service is straightforward, and the affordable lodging works well for a simple, comfortable stay with easy access to nearby areas.

The shower was the highlight of our week of hotel stays: really hot water and pressure so strong it felt like a water massage. Usually one is great and the other isn't, but this one nailed both. The cozy room also let us relax in a living-room setting after a long week of travel. We found the hotel easy to locate and get around, which was a plus since we weren't from the area. A nice young man greeted us at the counter and showed us to our room. I'd give the shower 10/10.

The staff were great, and the stay was okay, but the property needs work. The grounds are poorly maintained, with dead trees and bushes that need removing and perimeter fences in serious disrepair. Rooms need updating and better cleaning and upkeep, especially the bathroom and kitchen floors. The towel rack was badly rusted, bent, and pulling off the wall, the bathroom door had extensive water damage, and the shower valve never shut off and ran constantly. The elevator needs maintenance too. It had no visible floor numbers inside, and jumped and bounced at least two inches when it reached a floor. I couldn't find an inspection certificate in or near it, as required by Texas law.

I told the front desk that none of the four HDMI ports across the bedroom and living room TVs in room 142 worked with any of my cables or devices. At first they just explained how to use the remote's input function. They eventually agreed to send a technician to look at the 15-year-old TVs, which are from 2011. The toilet plumbing was noisy and kept refilling, and when I reported that I'd skewered and flushed an adult cockroach in the hallway outside my door, I got little beyond a look of revulsion and barely an apology. The rooms were carpeted and dated, and the area wasn't great either. When I left for the nearest grocery store, 13 minutes northeast of the hotel, a homeless man jumped in front of my work van under the nearby overpass. I'm glad I reacted in time. I stayed two nights only because of the regular heavy police presence in the area and the two cameras I parked under in the back. I also read that another guest had their catalytic converter stolen and said staff refused to do anything about it. I'll be relocating. P4A. She was well fed, but a fast and challenging target to dispatch. Least favorite Staybridge. At least the shower pressure deserves 10/5 stars. You're welcome for the candid review, fellas. The plumbing, TV connections, and bugs earned this two stars.
