Getting around was easy, with the train station beside the hotel and convenient service to downtown and the airport. The bridge to the Sheraton Hotel and business center was useful too. My room was spacious and updated, with a comfortable bed, great shower pressure and easy temperature control, plus a complimentary robe and slippers. As an Ambassador Elite member, I appreciated the upgrade and M Lounge access. Breakfast was served every morning, and the weekday evening hors d'oeuvres were filling. Coffee and snacks were available all day. The fitness center was clean, open 24 hours, and had cardio and strength equipment plus filtered water for refills. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from arrival onward, and I'd gladly return.

The facilities were what you'd expect from a proper Marriott, but the staff are what made this location stand out. I was there for a weeklong work event, and as a new mom on my first trip away from my baby, I was anxious about pumping, storing, and transporting breast milk. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment I got out of the Uber. Whenever I needed the freezer for another batch, the front desk helped with a smile and encouragement when I felt awkward. Even during a rush of check-ins, they kept up that friendly service under pressure. Thank you all so much.

The property was spotless and well cared for, and the outdoor area was a great place to unwind after a long day. My welcome gift waiting in the room was a thoughtful surprise. As an elite member, I found the M Club one of the best I've experienced, with a real sense of value from the staff, offerings, and atmosphere. I had a great stay at the Dallas Marriott Downtown and highly recommend it, especially to elite members looking for a premium experience.

Breakfast was very good, and Tigist's warm smile and thoughtful hosting got my day off to a great start. The bed and furniture were comfortable, with lots of soft pillows. Staff were courteous and responsive throughout, and room service was all smiles and graciousness. The whole stay felt relaxing and easy. This is my go-to hotel in downtown Dallas.

It's a nice place to stay, and they were attentive when I arrived. At night, people were really loud in the hallway, so I'd ask guests to watch their noise as they walk through. We also only got two large towels per room, which wasn't enough for me. A filtered water fountain would be nice for people who don't want to drink from plastic bottles.
