Fairmont Dallas

This was my second stay at Fairmont Dallas, and the consistent quality and service are why I keep coming back. I’m already hoping to return in February for Valentine’s Day weekend, and would love to stay here again if I can. I highly recommend it and really appreciate the care and hospitality. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was thoughtfully maintained and impressively clean throughout. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The concierge service especially stood out. They were always ready to help and made the stay feel effortless and special.

I booked a basic king room at Fairmont Dallas for my birthday, and the sweetest front office manager, Bui, surprised us with a suite upgrade after noticing the occasion. He even sent up a card and champagne. 🥂 The suite was huge and elegant, with that antique, old-money, generational-wealth kind of luxury. Some might call it dated; I think it’s timeless. Everyone was kind, from valet to housekeeping. Starbucks downstairs was clutch, and being in the Arts District, literally across from the museum, felt cultured and upscale. The free arts museum across from the park was amazing, and there were lots of delicious food trucks nearby. The place is gorgeous and the location is top tier, within walking distance of everything. A few small downsides: the food was a little pricey, restaurants closed around 10 PM so there weren’t late-night snacks, and the shower took a while to get to my lava-hot preference, though my husband thought it was perfect. The hold was a bit steep at $400, so be prepared. None of that changed the experience. If you want to feel rich, bougie, and spoiled on a Dallas budget, this is your spot. Next time I’m manifesting a stay on the 24-27 floors, the gold stay experience with breakfast Buffett, and a couples massage. 😉🤗

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary tonight, and we’ve felt so welcomed by everyone at Fairmont Dallas. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and efficient and got us checked in quickly. Valet Osenti was our first contact, and unloaded our bags and moved our car with a helpful, upbeat attitude. Concierge Darryl has been the star so far. He was professional and personally escorted us to our room, really helping make the night special. Truly a golden concierge! He suggested some dinner options, and we chose Dakotas for appetizers and cocktails before heading out for the evening. At the restaurant, Judge was so welcoming and made us feel celebrated with rose petals and great energy at the table. We’re enjoying the beautiful room and can’t wait to get in the pool and take in the view. My husband is thinking of extending the stay if time allows because we’re enjoying it that much. Ten out of ten, recommend!

Powell really went out of his way for us. Once he found out it was my birthday, he surprised my husband and me with personalized lotions and a birthday card signed by the staff. He’d already been so helpful when we asked what to do in Dallas, taking time to share recommendations and directions. Everyone at Fairmont Dallas was welcoming, but his thoughtfulness made our stay especially memorable.
