If you need to take a pet to Med VET IN RICHARDSON/Dallas for extensive care or neurological surgery, this Hampton/Hilton is a nice, quiet option just 1.3 miles from MED VET SPECIALISTS!! The staff are very adept and accommodating. MED VET has an excellent neurologist for dogs with bulging or other disc problems. Excellent staff.

Room 327 was quiet and nice, with a desk where you can work comfortably. The main reason I’ll come back, though, is Rodney. In all my years traveling, I’ve rarely met an agent as friendly and personable. His customer service really impressed me, which feels rare these days. He ought to be working at a five-star hotel.

I can’t say much about the rooms, but the hotel hosts a Toastmasters club every Thursday. It’s a friendly, encouraging group for everyone. From what I saw, the main entrance area was very clean and there’s lots of parking around the building.

The clerk at the desk seemed like we were a bother when we tried to get a room. He badly needed some personality, and I couldn’t tell whether he spoke English. When I held out my hand to shake, he looked almost unsure what to do.

My car and two or three others were broken into while we were staying here, even though a patrol was on duty. It seemed fishy, though I don’t know whether the patrol guy was involved. When I reported it, the front desk said, “Yeah unfortunately this isn’t the time this has happened here.” I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
