We had a great stay, and the front desk team made us feel welcome. Courtney was friendly at check-in, told us when and where breakfast was, explained the parking, and showed us how to get to our room. Elise was just as helpful and pleasant when we checked out. Thanks to both of them.

The place was nice and clean, and the front desk woman was VERY nice. She even changed my checkout so I'd be staying three days. My two miniatures and I don't mess up places; I don't put up with rude behavior, and I try to clean up after myself for housekeeping. I was still frustrated by the fees. Booking.com showed $397 for four nights plus $71 in tax, then $100 in pet fees, for $568, and I knew there'd be a deposit. I think Booking.com should include that in the total, since I didn't know the deposit was $50 per night. I'm also upset that Booking.com didn't disclose that charge. When I called the hotel, I was told the nonrefundable pet deposit was $100, but at check-in they said it was $150.

Room 125 had a faint smoky smell. We brought a pet, and they said some rooms are set up for pets, so I assume that may explain it. The AC and water pressure were excellent, and we liked the breakfast, even though it was the usual complimentary kind. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, and the lobby desk woman and other staff we met were helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a nice stay.

I left after one night and moved to another hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms weren't cleaned well. They need updating, and the area outside the hotel is almost pitch black and could use more lighting. Wouldn't recommend it.
