Spark by Hilton Dallas Medical District Love Field

My friend and I found everything we wanted to do was a straightforward 20-30 minute drive away. The hotel is close to the highway and comes up fast, so watch for it or you'll need to go down the street and make the U-turn under the bridge. Gas stations, including a QT, are down the street, and there's a small shop in the hotel for snacks and drinks. Ubers were easy to get. Tell the front desk you've ordered one and they'll let you know when it arrives. We loved the huge, very clean rooms and how quiet the whole hotel was. Parking is free and gated, which was great, and breakfast is free too: boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagels, oatmeal, and coffee. It was standard, but lots of nearby hotels charge for a similar spread. You have to buzz in when you first check in, then your room key card lets you in and out. Every staff member was really nice, especially the daytime receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you, Spark Staff!!

After a long day of travel with delayed and canceled flights, the airline sent me here. It turned out to be the best thing they did all day. I felt comfortable, and the hotel had everything I needed. The room was very clean, and there was a nice smell as soon as I walked in. At breakfast, one woman kept cleaning the tables nonstop. The front staff were amazing and friendly, and I also got to meet the manager Rita, who was very helpful and kind. I'd never stayed here before, but it'll become a regular stop for me and my family.

Rooms are clean, and the showers are hot. Antwane, the shuttle driver, was great, and both the service and staff were excellent. The price is good for what you get. The building is noisy, yes, but I still felt I got more than I paid for.

The secure parking was a big plus, especially since I arrived at night, and the room was clean, comfortable, and carefully maintained. Spark feels like a wonderful new addition to Dallas hotels, with a top-notch team. Mario checked me in, answered all my questions easily, and was kind and accommodating. Antoine had great energy and helped carry my medical equipment to my room. He really makes you smile. I also met the GM Rita before leaving, and she was fantastic. Meeting her helped me understand why the hotel is leading the way in guest service. I'm looking forward to my next stay. ❤️🙂
