My dad owns 10% of the building, and it seems he’s doing things right. He cleans the pool every week and delivers the mail to you.

Tommy, the owner, made me feel right at home, and the room was clean and really quiet. Being just five minutes from the beach was a nice bonus. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m around. Highly recommend it!

John, Mary, and Tom run this place themselves and treat you like family. It’s a great deal for a home-like seasonal rental, kept very clean and updated with all the things you need. The ocean is about 2 miles away, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. You won’t regret staying here!

This family-run business was wonderful. When our A/C had a problem, Tommy came right away and replaced it with a brand-new one. Everyone did what they could to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We'll definitely stay again.

We stayed with Jon and Mary for about two weeks after moving to FL, while we waited for our apartment to be ready. They were really nice and took great care of us, and we loved the place. The location was great, about 2 miles from the beach. Starbucks, Publix, and Pollo Tropical are right across the street, and Hollywood Blvd, with its restaurants and nighttime entertainment, is very close. My wife and I totally recommend it!
