Staybridge Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport - West by IHG

The staff were helpful with dinner and brunch suggestions, and both Field's Irish Pub on Griffin and Crema Gourmet were excellent. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s very convenient for Hard Rock Live, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The suite had a well-equipped kitchen, and the accommodations were quiet and comfortable.

This is a convenient base for the airport, gas stations, food, and entertainment, and there are plenty of places to gather if you’re traveling with a group. The hotel has guest laundry, a pool, a sundeck, and a fire pit. Breakfast was very well done. If you’re cruising, come a day or two early and see some Fort Lauderdale sights. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and staff are friendly and professional. The pool isn’t heated, but it’s in very good condition.

My room was beautiful and extremely clean, the view was incredible, and breakfast was great. I got to watch the Hard Rock Hotel guitar change colors all night. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, and the staff were accommodating and friendly to my dog. I’d come back without hesitation, and I loved that the hotel was dog friendly. The one disappointing thing was the two house cats. One was very aggressive and attacked my dog on my last day. I thought it would walk away, so I kept trying to pass through the exit door, but it wouldn’t stop attacking. It was a really scary moment.

Dina turned a miserable travel situation around for us. We were stuck in Miami after recent airline cancellations, and had already booked a previous hotel that was far below acceptable. When Dina checked us in, she was warm, kind, and welcoming, a stark difference from that place. She gave us cookies and explained the hotel perks and where and when to find them. The included breakfast was top notch for the price, in my opinion. When we finally got a flight home the next day, Dina offered to arrange the included airport shuttle pickup. Her service made the earlier hotel a distant memory. 15/10 for Dina’s customer service and 10/10 for Staybridge accommodations!
