I’ve lived here for two years, and it’s a lovely neighborhood with great people. Rhonda is a funny, friendly manager, and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. The leasing team takes time to explain the paperwork properly. Food trucks come by regularly, which is a nice way to meet neighbors while waiting for your food. All around, it’s a great place.

I knew I’d made the right choice the first time I walked into the Indigo Pines office. The staff are friendly and polite, and Rhonda and the maintenance team really make an effort to welcome you. Her maintenance crew is the best. The community is well cared for, my apartment is functional and thoughtfully laid out, and the commute to work is short. The people here are awesome. I absolutely love living here.

If a quiet home matters to you, I wouldn’t move here. We started in a ground-floor apartment under people who sounded like a herd of elephants, with very creaky floors and thin floors and walls. Later we transferred to a unit facing Williamson blvd. The constant traffic noise isn’t too bad by itself, but inconsiderate people rev their vehicles right in front of the apartment and drag race down the street. The apartments also face warehouses, and there’s a constant rumbling, vibrating noise day and night. The place is outdated and the windows are really thin. I can’t wait to move out for my mental health.

We love living at Indigo Pines. It feels like a real family community, from the office and maintenance staff to the tenants. It’s safe, quiet, and clean, and we highly recommend it as a future home.

The recent reviews are right. There’s construction noise around the clock, and the old buildings have thin windows and floors. People come and go at all hours, with loud trucks and motorcycles revving and racing through the parking lots. The non-smoking buildings now have different kinds of smoke in them. There’s no communication from the complex, and the water gets shut off without warning. Cable TV was permanently cut off without any notice to residents. Rent is too high for this quality of apartment. If you value peace or work from home, forget this place. You’d be better off paying more somewhere else.
