I’m glad we cancelled within the three day limit, since the information we got didn’t match the presentation. Now the annual fees department keeps hounding me. I sent documentation, but they say it isn’t enough to remove me from their system because it says member services instead of their information. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

What a joke. They promised a free cruise for two and free airfare, but that’s not what the certificates actually offer. It took more than two months and plenty of calls and complaints before they arrived. Then, surprise, you have to send in another certificate and money. Where’s the free part? Don’t fall for this scam. They should be ashamed.

Don’t waste your money. We paid a lot for what felt like a scam, and I can usually find hotels or condos for less. Their prices only come in about $50-$75 below what I can find myself. We booked an all inclusive through them for $4600 with trip insurance, using funjet, which uses TripAdvisor. We had to cancel six months before the trip and lost a $500 Funjet deposit. Getting through to anyone has been a nightmare, and they pass you around. They say they only hire in the USA, but everyone I’ve reached barely speaks English. They claim to beat TripAdvisor, Expedia, kayak, and others, but use them too. Do your own research for affordable trips. To be fair, we did get two 7 day cruises out of it, but we paid for those in the end.

Getting the account set up can be frustrating, and their customer service isn’t the best. Still, I’ve booked flights, hotels, and cars with little to no trouble. We’ve used them a few times, and their prices can be the lowest, sometimes by a lot and sometimes only a little.
