Boca Suites Deerfield Beach, SureStay Collection by BW

Breakfast can be a weak point at chain hotels, but this one was very good. Everything was freshly made and kept stocked, the pastries were fresh and tasty rather than previously frozen, and there were good coffee and tea choices. Seating was limited but usually enough; the tables could have been cleaned more often, a small issue beside how good everything else looked. The grounds and pool were clean and well kept, and the room was sparkling clean with the bed made perfectly. The custodial staff seemed well trained. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, have been updated and look good. The mattresses seem fairly new, though a little soft for my back. This is a relatively new Best Western in an older building, refreshed really well. The woman at the front desk was friendly and bubbly even when we arrived at 10 pm, and made us feel welcome. As a diamond member, I recommend it and will stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Kareem checked me in during my stay at Boca Suites from 5/15 to 5/19, and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I arrived a little early, and he made sure I could get to my room to leave my luggage. He also answered all my questions. It’s really nice to have someone willing to go above and beyond.

The staff even arranged a surprise one afternoon, treating our whole team to pizza and ice cream. It meant a lot to the athletes and made the stay feel special. The pool was well kept and gave everyone a place to relax and recover after long training days. The hotel was quiet, friendly, and welcoming, which helped our group rest and stay focused. Our rooms were clean, common areas inviting, and the atmosphere cozy and comfortable. The team clearly cared about keeping things tidy, and they handled small requests quickly and with a smile. From arrival, everything was organized and ready for our athletes, and the welcome and service throughout were warm, polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. We felt at home and looked after. It was a pleasant place to stay for the whole trip. The hotel delivered what we hoped for and more, with thoughtful preparation and consistently courteous service. We’re grateful for the kindness and attention, and would gladly return. A great choice for youth sports teams and families.

Toni Ann at the front desk was kind and very helpful. I was here on business, and the breakfast was an amazing spread, hot and freshly made. You don’t find that kind of breakfast at a hotel anymore. The room brought back memories of family vacations in the 70s. There was a working phone with a button to dial 0 for the front desk, and one desk lamp looked like it was from that era too, but was in great shape. The bathroom was bright and clean, with the usual toiletries. The room also had a flat-screen TV with a great picture, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee station. The hotel is older, but very well cared for. Someone had complained that the floor was dirty because their feet turned black. I was on the ground floor and tested a spot in the traffic path with water and a couple of Kleenexes. It came up clean, so I think that review is bogus. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town overnight.
