Anastasia 104 - 2 Br Condo

The unit we rented was great, and the location works especially well if you have a 4x4. You can bring everything in the vehicle while your family walks to the beach without carrying anything. It's good, though not great. The condo office is closed on weekends, so support is limited. After heavy rain, the entrance to our lower-floor unit had about an inch of water in it. Luckily, we arrived early and were already dressed for the beach and loading up.

This is our third time here, and I love the condo. We're in O-22, the best room we've stayed in, and I really like the vibe. I would've given it five stars if the pool hours weren't so silly. It didn't open until 10 a.m. and closed right after sunset, so we couldn't swim early in the morning or later in the evening. The sun is up after 6:30 a.m. and it stays light until 8 p.m. Some of us want to exercise in the morning or relax before bed. Come on, let's change the hours!

Unit 214 is a clean, luxurious rental with great ocean views. The beach location is great, and I highly recommend the unit.

The view is spectacular, but the apartment was very dirty. The shower and curtain had mold, and the floor and the rest of the apartment were visibly dusty and dirty. They charged around $100 for cleaning, which made that especially disappointing. I had little contact with the rental agency, though they were very strict about closing time. When we went to pick up the apartment key, nobody was in the office. I also complained about the cleaning, and the apology on the phone sounded sarcastic.
