We were comfortable here during our last-minute emergency trip, and the staff were friendly. The hotel felt outdated, though, and had a standard setup with nothing distinctive. There were food places, stores, and other things nearby, which made the location decent. For a five-day, four-night stay, breakfast was included, but it was nothing special, maybe a 6/10. The daily selection was pretty limited: scrambled or boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual waffle maker. A couple of days the muffins had spots and didn't seem fresh. My overall experience was a 6.5/10.

My family felt welcome throughout the stay. From arrival on, the staff were genuine, friendly, and helpful, answering questions and offering suggestions. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were accommodating and friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

There aren't many hotel choices here, and the place itself is fine. The employees are what make it great, everyone was so nice. Shuntai went way above and beyond to help with something I needed. I'll definitely come back.

The room was tidy, the breakfast delicious, and the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation. I did think $150 for one night was overpriced, though.

We come from Toledo, Ohio, as often as we can to see relatives in the next town over, and we've loved staying here. The staff have been amazing, courteous, and professional. I'd recommend it to anyone.
