Staybridge Suites Denton by IHG

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. When we explained why we needed to stay for 6 nights, the staff and management helped us with a discount. I’ll always stay at this hotel in Denton.

A good, chill place to stay, and the staff were all cool. Arnold at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful, and easy to talk to. Yessenia, the chef, was really nice too. I had to mention those two because they stood out. The breakfast is worth getting up for, especially the cheesy grits, which were much better than I expected. Now I want to try making them at home. I put the staff to the test and they lived up to expectations. Have a great day!

I’ve been an IHG diamond elite member for years and never felt compelled to leave a negative review until this stay. The room had blood stains on both the shower wall and the bathroom mat. At check-in, the woman at the counter didn’t welcome me or look at me during our interaction, and her tone was poor. I could have let the bad service go, since that happens, but the stains were too much. I stayed here once before and don’t remember it being this bad. I will NEVER come back. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for a month at a time for 4 years while working as Santa at the mall, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. It’s a clean, great place, with cheerful and helpful staff. The kitchen and dining area are always very clean, and Mrs Rodriguez stays cheerful and keeps the food coming, even when big groups of kids arrive.
