Wildwood Inn

The rooms, food, décor, DJ, photographer, bartender, and all the staff were 10/10. Everyone was helpful, professional, and kind to our guests. My husband and I had our wedding at the Wildwood Inn a few months ago, and after spending two years looking at venues, we’re so glad we chose it. Kaleigh was incredible from our first meeting. She promised to make sure nothing went wrong on our special day, and she really did. She paid attention to every detail and understood what we had in mind. Everything went perfectly. We’d recommend the Wildwood Inn to couples wanting an intimate, all-inclusive wedding. The value is worth it. Even if this venue isn’t your style, we’d still suggest Walters Wedding Estates. Your day will be in excellent hands.

We were promised an all-in-one wedding package, but dealing with the vendors has been a nightmare. They hit us with thousands of random service charges that nobody mentioned until the bills arrived. Even getting a digital stationary mockup costs money each time, while places like canva show those for free. The vendors overcharge wildly and are a pain to deal with. Save yourself from this cash grab and run.

A month later, we’re still thinking about what a wonderful evening we had at this beautiful property. Kaleigh made our daughter’s 21st birthday dinner feel elegant and memorable, taking care of decorations, the dessert tray, and all sorts of things we wouldn’t have had time to think of. Her ideas really helped, and she made the whole process stress free. There are fourteen lovely, spacious bedrooms, some with big tubs and fireplaces. We used them even in April, since the rain and cooler weather gave us a reason to relax indoors. The patio was arranged the way we wanted, with tables and chairs by the pool too. Once the rain stopped, our guests could enjoy the whole property. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the vegan meal was tasty and generous as well. Aaliyah and Madden were fantastic that evening. They kept dinner running smoothly without interrupting everyone’s time together. Communication was great from planning to the end, and we never felt pushed to add more or upgrade. We got to enjoy everything included in a wedding package even though ours wasn’t a wedding. Visiting the Olana was a real treat, and our deposit was refunded promptly. The whole team helped make the event a success. Kaleigh handled every detail so we could relax. She’s truly stellar!

Kenzie was kind, professional, and clear about the prices, availability, and other important details. She listened to what we needed and gave us options, and I’d happily work with her again. We didn’t end up booking because of other constraints, but I really enjoyed working with her. The venue itself is gorgeous, with lots of rooms and breakfast options for traveling guests at very reasonable prices. The outdoor space is perfect too. Thank you!
