Sleep Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

Two years ago, this place was pretty dang good. This time it was not much good at all. The place wasn’t clean, and we paid $10 a night for parking. Our large room had one king and two queen beds, but the hefty price wasn’t worth it. The pool had a green tint, too. Barely worth two stars, and I won’t stay here again.

After our flight was delayed by 17 hours, the airline put us up at Comfort Suites. The front desk handled a rush of late-night check-ins quickly and kindly, and they had a box of toiletries ready for guests whose luggage was missing. They also scheduled our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. The free breakfast was great, too. Here’s what the rooms look like!

After a long day of traveling, Lizabeth’s friendly energy made a big difference. She answered all my questions patiently, checked that I had what I needed, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She was attentive and personable, and it felt like she really cared about the experience, not just getting through her job. Lizabeth is a gem and a real asset to the team. I’m grateful for her help, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. A true gem!

The front desk service was disappointing. The woman working there was dismissive and unhelpful, and refused to give me her name when I asked. That raised concerns about accountability. Courtesy and professionalism were far below what I’d expect from a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.
