Quality Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

The staff were pleasant, and our room was clean and tidy. I stayed here while visiting my grandkids before an early flight. Breakfast was simple but good for a travel morning, and a couple of family-friendly restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away, which made meals easy. For a clean, well-run place to rest for a night, I think it's a solid choice.

Road noise kept me awake starting around 5 a.m. The hotel isn't next to a freeway, and it was just ordinary traffic, nothing with ridiculous exhaust. I could feel outside air and hear the noise coming in underneath the air conditioner, so its seal or the window insulation could use work.

We arrived to find a first-floor room with a green piece of tape over the top, and I was told it was an anointing room. As a single mother with two young boys, I didn't like that. There were foreign men around when we arrived, and the whole place just didn't feel right. The room was unclean too: stained bedspreads, walls and carpet, plus a dried bloody booger on the shower curtain. We asked the front desk for towels but never got any. We won't be back.

The shuttle they arranged came early, so I made my flight and felt much less anxious. I stayed at The Quality Inn last week and was impressed by how clean everything was, especially my room. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was very good. I had a really good stay.
