We left our car here for the week, which was very convenient, and checked in again last night. This morning we saw Marwa at the Bistro for breakfast, and she was cheerful, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of and satisfied. She’d been just as kind when we checked in two Fridays ago, well beyond the usual pleasant greeting. We travel a lot, and of all the hospitality staff we’ve met over the past year, Marwa is head and shoulders above the rest. I hope the people running this franchise recognize what a great employee they have.

I was in town for a conference at the Westin, but they had no rooms available, so I had to travel back and forth. The hotel shuttle felt like riding in a tin can. It bounced over every rut and shuddered even on smooth roads, so I used Uber for the rest of the trip. My room was fairly comfortable and quiet, but the internet couldn’t handle streaming TV, so YouTube was out. I stayed two nights. I was away from 5am to 4:30pm on the first day, and housekeeping still hadn’t come by when I got back. That was really annoying, though I was too exhausted to do anything but shower and go to bed. Solidly mediocre.

I was stuck here for two weeks for a conference, and wouldn’t recommend it. The staff were rude, there’s no pool, and you have to pay for parking. The Bistro food was well below average. No breakfast would’ve been fine, but not even complimentary coffee? That’s BS.

I’m treated so kindly here, and because of my status they almost always upgrade me. The staff are great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s good food and drinks at the hotel, with several restaurants around it. Such a great hotel.

I love the hotel, and I was in Denver for business. I wasn’t happy with room service, though. They had clean towels available but didn’t change the bed sheets.
