The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. We booked near the airport because we were counting on the shuttle, but at check-in they told us it would be full all morning, so we had to get a Lyft. Breakfast wasn't available early enough for our flight either, which meant eating at the airport. Those were the two main reasons we chose this hotel, and neither worked out. Also, if you have a car, parking costs $12. What in the world?

this place feels really safe, has great amenities, and is super nice. the best part for me was ebony at the front desk. colorado may not be “the south,” but she has southern charm all over her. she treated me with so much kindness, respect, and hospitality. you don't find that everywhere. she deserves a raise!

I had to book at the last minute, and Ebony helped me several times: at check-in, when I called down to arrange a van, and when I went to the desk because I'd forgotten toiletries. She made check-in easy, thanked me for being a gold member, and gave me my complimentary snack and water. When I called, she was pleasant and confirmed the shuttle was scheduled. She also gave me extra toiletries, just in case, which I appreciated. I had to be away from family on Christmas Day, and her kindness made it a little brighter.

The woman at the front desk on the morning of December 4th was professional, kind, and helped our family with everything we needed. She deserves 10 stars. The hotel was very nice and clean, with great service, and it's close to the airport with a shuttle. I'd definitely stay here again! ❤️

We planned to leave our car here and take the 3:10 shuttle to the airport. At 3:06, we checked whether it was coming and were told there wasn't room for us. The staff member had a roster and could have let us know during the half hour we'd already been waiting. We had to scramble for other parking and nearly missed our flight. It was otherwise a convenient stay, but that miscommunication cost it a star.
