The staff were genuinely friendly, and the hotel was decent overall. Our room had a slight animal or pet smell, with just a hint of smoke, which wasn't great. Luckily I always pack Febreze when I travel. It's a nice place for a reasonable price, and I'd stay again.

We spent four nights here, and it was the worst hotel stay I've had. Check-in was delayed by two extra hours, and when we first came through the doors the man at reception ignored me for over ten minutes. After that, things just got worse. Our room smelled awful, and the blankets reeked of dogs, so we had to leave them outside. Every shower was freezing cold, and the broken back door meant walking around the building each time we needed the car. We thought we'd booked four nights, but apparently had only paid for three. Our keys were deactivated, and after we got them turned back on, nobody told us about the mistake until we were charged again when we left. The maintenance guy was the only staff member who wasn't rude. It wasn't worth the price, and I'm never staying again.

The room was reasonably clean, though I spotted a plastic 'To Go' cutlery pack sitting out in plain sight by the chair. The people were super friendly, and breakfast was really good with a pretty normal range of choices. But my TV kept cutting out with a buzz that woke me up. I found out the hotel's Dish Network supplier loses service when it's hot outside. Once it cooled down, the signal stayed on. Another guest said all the ice machines except the one near my room were out, which must have been a hassle for a lot of people.

Finding a parking spot was a nightmare, since the only spaces were right in front of the motel. The room was dark and dirty, with furniture that needed replacing. The hotel itself feels dated and dim, and strong air freshener seems to be covering a musty smell. We stayed three nights and got maid service only once; it didn't seem like anything had been cleaned then either. I even had to finish making the bed, and the pillows were tossed on a chair. Our key cards stopped working, so I had to find a maid to let us in. At check-in, the clerk seemed more interested in talking to a friend who worked there than helping us. I wouldn't recommend it.
