Joe still hasn’t returned my $350, even after six months, and won’t answer my calls, messages, or emails. I feel scammed. The service was awful, and I’d never stay here again.

It’s been 90 days since my stay and they still haven’t returned my deposit. This is unacceptable. They don’t respond to texts or calls.

Joe owes me $1500 and still hasn’t paid me back, even though he promised he would. Now he’s stopped answering my calls. When I asked around, I found out he owes money to multiple people who stayed here. The place was horrible, the neighborhood felt unsafe, and it was far too expensive for such a disgusting place. Don’t stay here. Scam!!!

Awful experience!! People seem so fake and have no sympathy, just taking students’ money. I’ve heard about several deposits not being returned, even with police involved 😥. When it’s time to pay, the host becomes anonymous. Scammer alert ‼️🚨 I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who cares about their money.

Helpful staff, but there’s no room service, housekeeping, or front desk. The one-bedroom apartments come fully furnished, though the furnishings are only moderate in quality. The coin-operated washer and dryer are very old-fashioned. It’s a decent place, but expensive for a daily rental.
