Blue Lagoon Resort

We’ve been coming to Blue Lagoon for years, and it really feels like our home away from home. Tom, Michele, and their team are quick to answer questions or sort out anything that needs fixing. Tom and his crew are handy and have promptly repaired things we brought to their attention. Caitlin made check-in and checkout easy, and was always available and welcoming in the office. Our lakefront cabin was immaculate again, and the staff keep the whole resort in great shape, from the beach and dock spaces to the fire pit, grills, and grassy areas. Since we bring a boat, it’s great to be able to rent a dock space on site. The owners are lovely, and we can’t wait to return to BLR. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Lake George.

The beach was close by and kept in great shape, and our cabin was a nice size and spotless when we arrived. Catelyn at the office was especially helpful and sweet. She shared plenty of suggestions for area activities and places to eat, with the little kids in mind. Blue Lagoon was a great choice for our family, and I highly recommend it.

We’ve been coming here for 25 years and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on Lake George. The staff treat us like family, and the accommodations are lovely. There’s a boat launch right on site, which is a huge convenience, and the staff jump in quickly whenever anyone needs help. They keep investing in the resort, so we notice improvements every year. The No Vacancy sign is almost always up, which says a lot about how they run Blue Lagoon. It’s one of the best places to stay.

In all the years we’ve been coming to Blue Lagoon, we’ve never met nicer people than Tom, Michele, Caitlin, and Jack. Caitlin is especially kind, honest, helpful, and thoughtful, always so accommodating. When my husband accidentally left his watch in the cabin during our first visit, they called us and shipped it right away, before he even realized where it was. That says everything about their integrity. I trust them to do the right thing, and there’s nothing negative I can say about the owners, managers, staff, or resort. We’ve told friends and family about it, and now they come regularly too. We wouldn’t vacation anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone.
