The power stayed off for hours after light wind and rain, and only came back around checkout. The shower water was ice cold, so I couldn't freshen up, and the food I'd put in the fridge had gone sour. I spent the night sweating, then got cursed out and told to be gone by 11 instead of being offered any accommodation. The bedding in the photo says it all. This place is trash, and I won't be back.

The lobby shuts from 11 to 7, and if you need something during those hours, you're sent across the street to another hotel where the owner's “friend” works. The rooms are filthy, and complaints about the dirt go nowhere. They take the $100 security deposit from your card as a full payment before refunding it, without explaining that first. That's shady. The whole place is a mess, and I blame the owner. If I could give zero stars, I would.

When I'm working in the area, this is my usual extended stay. I've been here several times for business, and the rooms have been clean and the staff helpful.

The rooms were super clean, and the staff were really friendly. Check-in was quick. This is the only place I'd recommend in the Donaldsonville area.

Every day, the manager and staff were kind and ready to help. They made my time here a wonderful stay.
