Steps to Dtwn Doral Park: Modern Group Retreat!

The building looks beautiful, the front desk is there when something comes up, and they do a good job keeping packages secure. But for a year-long lease, I’d run. It’s full of tourists and Airbnb rentals, and the walls are so thin I could hear the person next door cough. You can hear all the neighbors. I lived there for two years and never got to use the pool because it was “under construction” the whole time, despite all the rent I paid.

The front desk team is why I gave this place five stars. Every person there has been helpful, knows what’s going on, and has handled my many deliveries. Best staff I’ve had in the three years I’ve lived here.

There’s been no pool at the condo for over a year. Management just tells residents to use the pool next door, which makes no sense when you’re paying for the amenities in your own building, not one on the next block. Nobody is working on the pool. It’s still in preconstruction, and sadly there’s no sign of progress.

I stayed there for two weeks and it was really great. The building smells so good. Does anyone know what they use?
