The desk person was incredibly helpful when my husband’s truck broke down and he had to wait for repairs. They welcomed him and let him extend checkout to match the repair timing. The room was very clean too. Definitely a great hotel.

My truck broke down, so I had to stay for five days. Mr. Frank at the front desk was very professional and kept checking whether I was okay or needed anything. Ms.Adriana, the housekeeper, was kind and helpful too, making sure I was comfortable. I appreciate them both for looking after me and, most of all, making sure I felt safe. Thank you, Shawn

I didn’t end up staying at Budget Inn because I had to cancel my trip, but Melinda was a big help. I made a mistake when booking, and she helped fix the reservation. Later, Expedia said I wouldn’t get a refund. Melinda at the front desk called them and helped get my money back. The customer service was fantastic, and I wanted other potential guests to know about it.

I arrived after midnight and they got me sorted out right away. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were really clean, with no stale smell.

The front counter person was really kind, and the room was clean and cozy. A great roadside stop. I especially liked the magnets on the door for room service and do not disturb, though I forgot to take a photo.
