First Interstate Inn

We’d had a bad hotel experience and everywhere else was booked, but this place came through for us. The rooms were really clean, the staff were ready to help, and everyone was very professional. We were happy to have found it.

Kay is a fair manager, and the prices are good. She’s friendly too. The housekeeping is just as impressive, especially Eva. The rooms are consistently clean because they do a proper deep clean, not a rushed once-over.

The front desk woman was so helpful and kind, and I’d happily stay here again. My room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The room and bathroom were tidy, with a spotless white toilet and tub. A couple of bathroom floor tiles were broken and could use some attention. The price was good compared with other hotels in town. I’d recommend it, 10/10.

The front desk lady made me feel welcome right away, and the customer service was awesome. The room was cute and had what I needed, even if the outside didn’t give that impression. My one gripe was that the shower water didn’t stay hot the whole time. If you want a cute, inexpensive motel, I’d recommend it. WY people are so sweet and friendly. Thank you!
