Tampa East RV Resort- Campground

I lived there for two years. Maintenance was lacking, and the power and water went out almost every week. There was a lot of petty theft, no control over the children, and management couldn’t care less about residents’ concerns. Please go somewhere else.

This has been my home for three years, and I think it’s the best RV resort. The lot rent is the best price, and they accept felons, which no other RV resort does. Rita, the owner, makes sure the place stays on top of things. There are events and food events for kids, and it really feels like a community. The pools, restrooms, and showers are very clean. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this is a 10/10 park.

We’ve been blessed. From day one, the whole Tampa East staff has been flexible and keeps making sure our needs are handled promptly. I’ve had a relationship with Sun Community for many years as both a renter and a mobile home owner, and Tampa East has been my best experience by far. Thank you, Tampa East staff 🙏 ✌

I like living here, and everyone we’ve met so far has been great and helpful. The lawn service is on point. In four months, we’ve only had one hose nicked by a weed eater. Most of the lots are nice, but we’ve been waiting four months for the concrete pad we were promised, even as annual residents, and there’s still no luck. The laundry room is a bit outdated, has no change machine, and doesn’t take debit cards.
