After a long travel day through the Chicago winter, Yusra's kind welcome at the front desk was a delight. She knows the property, is helpful and resourceful, and clearly cares about guests. She's a stellar employee and person, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Cecelia also did a fantastic job with breakfast in the morning, attentive and making the experience pleasant.

I missed my connection and couldn't get in until a day later, but after I called ahead, they reserved and protected my room. The staff service was amazing, and breakfast had a great selection compared with other US hotels I've recently stayed in. The hotel is beautiful. The shower area is showing its age, though the rest of the bathroom and room were nicely renovated, with plenty of lights, USB outlets, and storage. I'd definitely come back.

When something went wrong with my room, PARTH at the front desk was understanding and ready to sort it out. The staff I met were kind, hospitable, and great. My room was very clean, and I'd book here again.

The renovation work has made the outside look rough for now, and the rooms were okay. Breakfast, though, was very good, with everything clean and well stocked. Cecila was exceptional: she checked in to see if everything was satisfactory and was so attentive. She made my morning start very pleasant.

Breakfast had a nice range, from fresh fruit and yogurt to pancakes, biscuits, and gravy. Cecelia did a great job hosting the breakfast bar, keeping it spotless and making sure food was restocked and ready. The guest service was great too. The location is convenient, with Buttermilk Cafe and Red Lobster within walking distance and shopping nearby.
