The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, and the staff were generally nice. That was about all I liked, and the price didn't feel worth it. The carpet was badly stained, the showerhead was gross, and the bathroom had just one mirror, with no full-length one like most hotels have. There were no luggage racks despite being promised, and the extra blankets we asked for never came until we called. When they were finally handed over, the staff member had gloves on that she'd been using to change trash. The Wi-Fi login instructions were misleading, but the front desk removed the charges after we explained the poor instructions.

Veronica and the team gave us great service, including an early check-in. We found problems in our room, and Veronica quickly found us a better one. The hotel is nicely renovated and has modern amenities. Breakfast was decent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking cost $15, which I didn't quite understand since it's in a business park with lots of open space. There are a few restaurants and a market a short drive away, and Highway 10 is nearby.

We'd booked a nearby Airbnb but couldn't stay there because of access problems, so we booked the TownePlace on Tech right away. It turned into an unplanned but great stay, especially after the trouble before we arrived. The hotel is clean, modern, and updated, with a nice breakfast and amenities. We could bring our pet, too. Jayden, Veronika, and Melva took extra care to make us feel at home, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I spent a month at Towneplace Suites while my apartment was being renovated after a leak, and I'm glad I picked it. The property is new, and the rooms worked well for a long stay, with a fridge and stove. There's a full breakfast, gym, laundry room, and plenty of parking. It's also close to Convoy and lots of restaurants. Veronica, Sandra, and Keanu always checked in to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend! Jessica T.

The showers have only a half wall, so water gets all over the floor. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the coffee and breakfast are good with different choices each day, and the staff are friendly. The location is good, and parking is reasonably priced for San Diego.
