Boundary Hotel By Terra Vi Durango

We had a great time exploring the neighborhoods on our way out and walked to a small farmer's stand in the morning. The room, lobby, and fire pit were just right, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were too thick for me, though. We also enjoyed a drink with the locals at a good bar and had delicious sandwiches from Tom's Deli.

The service was prompt, friendly, and helpful, and the staff seemed to know their stuff. The price was very reasonable, too. I found the coffee bar and pastries excellent, and the snacks for sale were all healthy options. My room was extremely clean and felt nice, with quality amenities. The mindful movement room was a welcome extra, with basic weights, kettle bells, and yoga mats.

The cleaning person was incredibly cheerful and nice, and the front desk staff were helpful enough. The shower was the downside: it's a standing shower with just a half wall and no door. The coffee and pastry bar had no actual pastries, only cake, which took a lot away from the stay. The pillows were all too firm, so I didn't rest well over two nights.

The location is central in Durango, with the trolley stop right outside the main entrance. Kat gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. I liked the updated, very clean rooms, and the record player with vinyls available to rent is a really cool idea. Highly recommend!
