Unit 20 was amazingly roomy, and felt more like a house than a hotel or condo. The main issue was a hole in the air mattress. Also, a power strip had been left on a heater, where it was melting and its innards were exposed.

The rooms were nice, though the beds weren't very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great place to stay.

The limited office hours made it difficult to get help. We had to call someone to come to the building for problems, even to check in after 3pm. We were a large group and had specifically asked for an air mattress for the kids. The first one had a hole, and the replacement they brought also had a hole. While trying to figure out why the cable in the downstairs room wasn't working, I saw that the power strip was resting on the heater. It had melted and the internals were exposed. The condo was mostly well kept, but these problems bothered me enough to take off two stars.

The place was nice, but ask about the A/C units. Number 9 had no upstairs window unit, and during our August stay it was uninhabitable. The wifi in that unit was also very weak.

We paid $407 for two nights, and I wouldn't do it again. The bed my husband and I were sleeping on broke the second night. I walked to the maintenance house, found a note telling me to call, and then was told someone could come the next day. I asked about another room or place, and the man said to wait while he called me back. When I called again to ask for a manager, a rude woman said I'd already spoken to one and refused to give me the owner's number. I said that was fine, but she wouldn't let me explain what I was asking for. In the end, the man came over and put the bed on the floor. We had a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo and hadn't realized it was four stories high, with another level to reach the living room and kitchen. The condos are much smaller than they look in the pictures. The half-bath door couldn't open all the way because the refrigerator blocked it. The first night, the hall toilet kept running, so I had to shut off its water line. I don't recommend this place.
