We got a room with hot water after texting the help number, and moving to it was easy. But we had to go from room to room checking for hot water ourselves, which I don't think should be the guest's job. Staff responded quickly, though I would've preferred someone on site to check. We booked a quick weekend getaway because the price seemed right. The room was freezing when we arrived, with the heater completely off, and the hot springs had left us ready for a shower. Even the room we moved to was cold, so we had to wait for it to warm up. I understand that some people like a contactless stay, but hot water and a warm room are basics, especially in winter, and they were hard to come by here.

The place was warm when we arrived, and we had hot water. The kitchen only had plates and bowls, with few utensils and no pots or pans, so it wasn't fully stocked. Still, for the price, it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay :)

Getting downtown on foot to visit breweries and restaurants was really convenient. We arrived late and appreciated being able to check ourselves in. The room had what we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The floors were a little dusty, but it didn't really affect our stay.

For a place renovated in 2024, I didn't expect this much dirt. The shelf just above eye level was very dusty, and the floors, floorboards, shower curtain, and walls all had odd stains. The outlet by the bed didn't work. Guest services offered an extension cord so I could get power from across the room, but there was already one dangling from the wall. The prices felt like a rip-off, and the stay felt sketchy. Maybe contactless housekeeping explains the cleaning. I took some condition photos for anyone planning a getaway.

Very clean and easy to park at. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise until around 10 PM, then it was pretty quiet for the rest of the night.
