The people staying at the hotel were friendly and sweet. The people working there, not at all. I feel really sad for anyone who has to live in these conditions. The room and parking lot were disgusting, and rooms obviously weren’t cleaned between guests. The parking lot looked like the floor of a frat house, and people without disabilities regularly used the handicap spaces. After a certain hour, a large metal garage door shuts off the front desk. This place is being converted into low-income housing, which might have something to do with the hotel side being neglected. Derrick at the front desk was horrendous and seemed to be handling both the desk and cleaning work. He showed no humanity at all.

Hotel living is new to me. I relocated to be closer to my new job and needed a quick temporary place while I get to know the city and decide where to settle. I’ve had a lot of questions about payments, what’s available, and what’s allowed. I’ve asked Marques and Derrick several questions, sometimes more than once since I arrived a couple of weeks ago. I do forget 😆, but they’ve always been patient, professional, and kind. Marques probably gets the most questions from me, yet he greets me with a friendly smile and is accommodating every time. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable as a guest of Extended Stay. They’ve made this big transition easier, so I’m in no hurry to move out. I wish Extended Stay valued them as much as I do and showed it in their paychecks. I’d give the service 100 stars!

We use Extended Stay a lot when we travel because it works for my family, but this location was horrible. The rooms were trashy and nasty, the AC didn’t work, and there were roaches. The fridge was positioned so awkwardly it was hard to open and use. The whole building smelled of smoke and drugs. People were in the hallways all night, and people living in the hotel made it feel unsafe and nasty. This was our worst stay at an Extended Stay. We’ll never come back.

I’m appalled by this place. The sink leaked, the cabinet underneath wasn’t replaced, and there was a moldy smell. The booking said breakfast was included, but there was none. I don’t think I’d have eaten anything here anyway. I checked for bedbugs and hope we don’t get any. I also saw a review saying the place is being converted into low-income housing, and can’t believe they’re still letting people book here. Derek was very rude, and I asked for a full refund but didn’t get one. I’ve included photos of the room. It looked like there had been a murder in there.
