The venue is beautiful, the food was second to none, and the staff’s service was unmatched. Our wedding day at Chateau Grande felt perfectly orchestrated, and we’re grateful to the whole team for making it unforgettable. Hope Sedgwick, the sales manager, went above and beyond from booking through the end of the night. She answered questions quickly and clearly, coordinated smoothly with our vendors, and made sure the details matched what we envisioned. She made planning stress-free and kept everything on track, from the photographer and DJ to the event timing. We got married here on November 1, 2025, and the experience was perfect from start to finish, with real care and attention to detail.

The hotel rooms were impeccable, and the bridal suite was huge and very accommodating. The whole wedding experience at Orchard Park on Thursday, October 9, 2025, made us so happy. The grounds were kept nicely, and the outdoor area, venue, and wait staff went beyond what we expected. It was a wonderful celebration. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, and guests kept complimenting the venue, food, and wait staff. Hope was amazing, honest, full of information, and always ready to help make the wedding perfect. The waitresses and Hope deserve our heartfelt thanks. I’m thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a reception. The Clarke family.

The food was phenomenal, from the gorgeous presentation and incredible flavors to the perfectly cooked filets, which is no small feat for a large group. Our guests are still talking about it. The Château Grande Hotel’s spaces were stunning, modern, clean, and impeccably maintained, and every area felt elegant and intentional. Hope and her staff made the event run smoothly. They were professional, efficient, attentive without hovering, and clearly invested in making things special. Hope was responsive, reasonable, and honest throughout planning, and consistently went above and beyond to carry out the details as we’d imagined. Working with her felt like a real partnership. For a venue with beautiful spaces, great service, and excellent food, I highly recommend Hope and the Château Grande team.

The food was phenomenal, fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with so many choices. Everyone raved about it, even our vendors, who eat wedding food all the time. Serenity, our bridal attendant, was a lifesaver on the day. Our room’s AC wasn’t working and we were getting really hot while getting dressed, so she found a portable AC unit and several fans. The entire staff were friendly, dependable, and knowledgeable. We trusted Hope and Neesh’s judgment on details like decor placement and linen types when we were worn out from decisions, and they made perfect choices. They’d helped us from our first tour right through the wedding night, and we can’t say enough good things about how helpful, attentive, personable, and experienced they were. We had our ceremony outdoors and the reception in the hotel restaurant, Orchard Park, whose terrace holds up to 100 people. It gave us the party we wanted. Chateau Grande made our dream wedding possible, with an elegant, beautiful space that still felt affordable and nontraditional. Getting married at CG was our first and best decision.
