My husband and I were stranded on the road late at night on May 18 while driving from Massachusetts to NC. I was recovering from surgery, and the property was closed. I’d booked months earlier, which is hard to believe since they weren’t even open. I called in March to ask for an ADA room and got no answer, then Corporate assured me the property was open and said not to worry. I’ve contacted Marriott Corporate several times over the past few weeks and still have no resolution. They keep reaching out to the local property about compensation even though it remains closed. I’m extremely disappointed with how Corporate has handled this. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were lovely, and having hot chocolate and coffee available around the clock made for a nice nighttime snack. When our TV had an issue, they came and fixed it right away. Thanks for a great stay. It’s super close to Bradley airport!

Is the hotel open? I’ve called and nobody answered. Could you confirm whether you’re open?

The rooms were clean and felt brand new, and we enjoyed our stay even though our room had no curtain. The location is really convenient, right off 84.
