The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good too. I booked three rooms for family visiting from out of town, and had a few concerns. The smell of bleach was overwhelming when we entered our room. I run a cleaning company and wouldn't use it in a commercial space, especially since some people are allergic to it. My coworker gets a reaction just from smelling bleach. The bar also seemed understaffed, with guest service expected to bartend as well. When nobody is there, guests may think it's closed. I've never seen a hotel bar empty on a Saturday night. A TV and drink specials at certain hours might help bring people in. Finally, the free parking only covers one car, and extra cars cost $15. I had to pay for a family member's car, and that limit should be clear on the website.

I was unsure about booking after seeing the negative reviews, but my stay turned out well, and I'd come back. The staff were very friendly. The front desk woman extended my checkout to 2:30 PM without hesitation when I asked, which I appreciated. The airport is nearby, and there's a free shuttle. Breakfast and parking were included, though I would've liked more breakfast choices. The small on-site bar is convenient, but the drink selection is limited and the prices seemed a bit high to me. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a sitting area, small kitchenette, closet, and bathroom. I only missed having a bathtub since I sometimes like to soak. For the money, it was a good value, and I had no problems during my stay.

The shuttle runs to the airport every half hour from 4 am, is free, and had enough seats for everyone. The hotel is about 10 minutes away, and it dropped us close to the security point. There was even a lobby screen tracking flights around the clock. Our room was clean and spacious, with a living area, pullout couch, TV, desk, mini fridge, microwave, and small sink, almost like a little studio. Breakfast was included with a good range of hot, cold, and healthy choices, and the staff were attentive and courteous. Compared with other three-star hotels, it was a nice stay. The downside was that the windows didn't block much sound, so traffic and car horns woke us at night. I also would've liked body lotion and the full set of toiletries.

While I've been staying here until I find another place, it's felt like a real home away from home for me and my home. The staff are so pleasant, we feel like family. I enjoy chatting with the GM, who's awesome. The breakfast crew feels like talking with my aunt. Yasesr has a beautiful soul, and both he and Tae have been a big help. The manager is such a sweet, understanding woman. I'm very happy here, 10/10, highly recommend.
