Windsor Hotel

The room was great, with a desk that’s just right for working and a very clean bathroom. Everything felt just right, and whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve been kind and quick to sort it out. On my first stay, the hallway carpet had a slight smell that worried me, but the cleaning team must’ve done a good job because everything smelled fresh the next day.

Kimberly was wonderful, so kind and clear with the information. I’m really impressed with her service. The room was comfortable and spacious too. If I could give 10 stars, they’d all go to Kimberly 🤩.

The welcome and hospitality at the Windsor Hotel are wonderful, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and maintained, and the maid service is great. My complaint is about the entrances. The back doors can’t be used to enter or leave, which is an inconvenience for disabled people who have to walk around to the front just to go out and get to the back. Then, when you come back in, the elevator doesn’t work. Having just one entrance also feels unsafe and isn’t convenient. That means passing people smoking outside the only entrance every time. I like that the hotel allows pets, but it’s awkward when dogs have to pass each other coming in and out. There’s only one bench on the property, and smokers occupy it.

The staff were nice, but there wasn't even coffee, which was the worst part. The hotel and rooms feel old and blah, and the location is awful if you need to walk anywhere. There aren't any nearby restaurants or convenience stores unless you're willing to put your life in danger.
