The suite had plenty of room, and the people working here were nice. Breakfast was good, and I would stay again. Still, the cleaning could've been better: the floor didn't look vacuumed, there were candy wrappers, and I found dead spiders in the bathtub. I also asked for a crib after they assured me they had one, but what I got was a pack and play. This felt more like a motel than a hotel, and guests were loud one night.

I felt unsafe from check-in until I left. The front desk attendants weren't friendly, and the room was very dirty and extremely noisy. It smelled of weed and cigarettes even though I'd requested a smoke-free room, and there were cigarette burns on the sheets and mattress pads. I had low expectations, but this wasn't even decent. The photos look AI generated. If your safety matters to you, don't stay here. It gets a big fat zero for a lot of things, especially cleanliness and safety.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes the moment I walked in. The odor hadn't been dealt with, and I couldn't accept the room, so I didn't feel comfortable staying and had to pay for another hotel myself. The property was in far worse condition than I expected. I tried to reach the owner, Raj Perry Patel, about a refund, but he never answered my many calls or emails and wouldn't make an exception. The customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful. I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's a horrible hotel. I'll never stay again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was quiet, comfortable, and felt secure, and there are shopping centers and restaurants within five minutes. I'd have no problem booking this wonderful place again when I'm back in York, PA.

Our room was nice and spacious, and the WiFi and TV channel selection were good. At check-in, the woman at the front desk moved us from the second floor to the first because my husband and I have trouble with stairs.
