Grand Eastonian Hotel & Suites

The rooms have been updated, but they’ve kept so much of the hotel’s original charm. I loved those older details, which made it feel like stepping back in time while still having modern conveniences. The location was convenient for traveling between NJ and PA for my event. The staff were the real highlight. Desk Manager Jessica handled our large parties and changing needs with ease, and everyone worked tirelessly to help guests during the snow in. Victoria helped me find my way when I got lost coming in, and Emerald was so kind and even took time to help with my wardrobe needs. I had a fantastic time at this beautiful, historical hotel and loved it enough to want to plan another trip just to stay here.

Priscilla made me feel welcome and safe as soon as I walked in. She was warm and friendly, and easy to talk to when I had questions. My one-bedroom suite was pristine, with a beautiful kitchen and lovely island, plus a gorgeous, inviting living room. It made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Priscilla, for such special service.

Housekeeping was very accommodating and checked on us every day to see if we needed supplies. But there wasn’t much privacy because the walls were thin and we could hear everything from other rooms. There were matchsticks stuck in the tub jets, too. The window was so heavy that I had to prop it open with a jar to get some fresh air.

Pretty awesome if you like a place full of kids and don’t mind being disturbed by their noise. Their parents showed no respect for other people trying to live, letting 5-6 year olds have a 10 pm birthday party and making noise from 9 pm, with it still going after 11. Really awesome.
