Hummingbird Inn

The Hummingbird Inn has a friendly atmosphere, and we’d gladly stay again. Eric, the owner, is great and has done a nice job with the inn. He also cooks an amazing breakfast. The location is good, very close to Easton’s main downtown strip. We also loved the Charm Bar. We’re big fans!

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the Charm Bar is cozy with excellent drinks. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and you have to try the signature Bellini, even if it feels too early. Everyone was so sweet to our pup. They really mean it when they say they’re dog-friendly. We had a wonderful visit, and I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I spent Christmas week at Eric's Inn for the second year in a row, and had another terrific stay. The accommodations were clean, cozy, festive, authentic, and well appointed. Eric seems to think of everything you’ll need. Breakfast was delicious, and one evening we had a drink at the bar with other guests and people from outside. The personal attention feels unique without being over the top.

We went for a wedding and had a lovely weekend. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and right at home. Eric, the owner and cook, keeps things running smoothly and makes sure guests are comfortable. His breakfasts were amazing, with something delicious every morning, and you can tell he loves doing it. Mary was a fantastic host and knew all the best things to do around town. Her tips made the trip more fun and interesting. Monique was cheerful and friendly at breakfast, helping everyone start the day well. The rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The neighborhood is cute, with shops and markets nearby, and plenty to explore on foot. I enjoyed wandering the halls, looking at all the intriguing pieces on display with my morning coffee before slowly heading back to the room. The garden is beautiful for a stroll. In the evenings, we liked chatting with other guests and having a drink in the gathering room. We also enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Birdie, the adorable dog, makes everyone smile and adds extra joy to the place. The Hummingbird Inn has great service, tasty breakfasts, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely gardens, and a cozy place to hang out. Eric, Mary, Monique, and Birdie make it special. I’d recommend it for a memorable stay.
