All three kids had a blast. It felt clean, friendly, and safe, and I’d recommend it for anyone coming with young children. The service was so good I’d give it ten stars. Carter in the arcade was fantastic and helped when my young niece was having a hard time there.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable for all nine of us, and check-in, checkout, and everything between went smoothly. We had fun at the attached water park and arcade. But in a room meant for 1-12 people, there was just one towel bar in the bathroom. In 2025, it’s frustrating that there still aren’t enough hooks, shelves, or spots to put everyone's things.

After a few days with no housekeeping and no do-not-disturb hanger, we had to ask the front desk each time we wanted service. The first time, they only made the beds. After that we had to spell out that we also wanted garbage taken out and fresh towels, which should be basic housekeeping. The room was humid during our seven-day stay. The waterpark hours were odd, with inconsistent times and days when it was closed. There also wasn't a pool or hot tub generally open, so my husband and I couldn't soak in the hot tub at the end of the day when we wanted to. For what this place cost, I was surprised breakfast wasn't included. I realized that after booking, so that part was my fault, but a $60-a-night hotel still including breakfast seems common these days. Maybe they want guests to pay extra at the diner. We won't be back, and I'll actively discourage others from staying. For less money, we could get breakfast each morning, better housekeeping, and a pool or hot tub available every day and night. It wasn't worth the price.

We've been here several times and will keep coming back. The kids can swim and burn off loads of energy, with a waterpark at one end, plus an arcade, indoor electric go-karts, and a huge indoor trampoline park.
