We'd stay here again. It's comfortable, well located, quiet despite being convenient to the highway, and there's plenty of free parking. The staff were pleasant and the place was pretty clean. The bathroom fan vent could use a dusting, and the bed and bedding are due for an update. Breakfast was just so-so. I'm still baffled that hotels in NY/NJ can't manage decent bagels and pastries. The exercise room is clean and spacious, though it doesn't have many machines. A few improvements would make it a five-star stay for this price range.

Target is just steps away, and Menlo Park Mall is an easy walk, which made the location great. Inside, it was immaculate and surprisingly quiet for a busy hotel, with a home-away-from-home feel. Everyone on staff was helpful and respectful, especially the front desk team across the morning, afternoon, and night shifts. I don't have all their names. Danielle in food service also went out of her way when she noticed I'd missed the coffee after breakfast was over. A perfect stay, highly recommend.

The Wednesday evening snacks were something I looked forward to during my stay. The food was surprisingly good, especially with only continental breakfast included, and the staff were caring and attentive. Housekeeping kept my room spotless and fresh every day while respecting my privacy. The front desk team was professional, always smiling, and helpful with couriers and little requests. I spent 72 days here, and it really did feel like a second home. They made the whole 10-week stay easy and stress-free. I'd recommend this place for a comfortable, reliable long-term stay.

We usually don't write reviews, but the staff here made us want to. This was our second year at THIS hotel, both stays lasting over two weeks. The breakfast crew has a nice variety, housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and well stocked, and the Wednesday night social is a lovely touch. The front desk also took care of things when housekeeping was forgotten. Thanks for the hospitality, efficient service, and pleasant conversations. Giovanna, Manette, Sara, Danielle, and everyone else were wonderful. To management, whatever screening process you use is working, you have a great team. One lady at the Wednesday social made a tasty drink with mint, chia seeds, simple syrup, and lime juice. We don't know her name, but thank you! Sorry we can't remember everyone's name.
