Sun Valley Inn & Suites

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room didn’t match the hotel’s online photos, the service felt unfriendly, and the phone didn’t work. The TV only had a couple of channels, the bed was tiny, and the AC took ages to cool the room. It kept switching off and back on every eight minutes, so the room stayed hot all night. At check-in, the receptionist didn’t tell me the total or give me a receipt, just said I had to leave by 11 the next morning. When I asked for a receipt the next day, I still didn’t get one. I’d called ahead for a price and was charged more; the morning receptionist said the difference was a deposit. She went to check the room before returning it, then handed me the deposit and asked why I hadn’t used the ashtray. My boyfriend had accidentally knocked it over while trying to switch on the bedside light.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed here back in 2017 and had my belongings stolen. I wouldn’t trust the area.

My parents stayed for three days. The room was okay, but the location was the downside. Location matters a lot for a good business.
