Motel 6 El Dorado Ks

I slept great, though my boyfriend said the bed was too hard and he didn’t sleep well. The rooms were clean and updated, and the water pressure was insanely good. But the room had only three pillows with the king bed, no coffee maker, and no shampoo, just a bar of soap. I travel light and expected toiletries, so luckily Walmart was a short drive away. We got up around 7 for my early appointment, but the lobby coffee hadn’t been made yet, so we had to go to McDonald’s. There was a microwave and fridge, but compared with other places I’ve stayed, this offered the bare minimum.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was neat as a pin, both in the room and around the grounds. I was traveling from Ohio to New Mexico and spent the night here. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the staff made it a wonderful stay. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling or visiting the area. Thank you!

Convenient spot, with decent parking right by the room, a fridge, and clean, modernized rooms. The staff were friendly, and this is about the best Motel 6 I’ve seen. The shower pressure was weak, and the showerhead was mounted low, even though I’m not tall. There’s no shampoo either, which other reviews say is normal here. Such an odd thing to cut, what do they save, maybe $100 a month? I don’t know if we’ll be back, but this could be a deal breaker for some.

This was my second stay, and I’ve been pleased both times. The room was very clean, with a microwave, fridge, table, chairs, and TV. The staff were friendly and gave excellent dining recommendations. I just wish there were a coffee pot in the room.
